Cancellation and pause
Cancel at any time with 30 days written notice — no cancellation fees, no lock-in, and your health data is fully exportable on request. If you face a genuine hardship after at least three months as a member, a pause of up to 90 days is available at our discretion.

Can I keep seeing my current doctor?+
Yes — and we encourage it. Freedom Protocol is designed to work alongside your existing healthcare relationships, not replace them. Your PA will coordinate with your current physician when relevant.
What if I miss a weekly workshop?+
A recording is available within 24 hours of every live session. Consistent absence will be noticed by your nurse, who will reach out to understand what is happening and how to support you back into the programme.
What happens if I cannot attend the next bootcamp?+
You remain on provisional membership and attend the following bootcamp cycle. Provisional membership includes every fellowship benefit — nothing is withheld.
Is my health data safe?+
Freedom Protocol applies strong data protection standards across all data infrastructure. For Ghana, this includes the Ghana Data Protection Act (Act 843). Your health data is encrypted, stored securely, and never shared with third parties without your explicit consent.
